Jen recently hit the road to connect with franchisees and support growth in the field. In Nashville, TN, she spent time with Dudley Jacobs at his home base, where they reviewed performance across his territories and dug into key topics like marketing strategy and ServiceMinder capabilities. She even had the opportunity to join Dudley on a live service call—getting a firsthand look at his operation in action.
Next stop: Huntsville, AL, where Jen met with new franchisee Lyndon Nicholson. Together, they walked through ServiceMinder procedures and mapped out early-stage growth strategies. It was exciting to see Lyndon’s business up and running and gaining momentum!
