
Michael, Jason, and Carlos recently attended the HFA Show, where they connected with many of our current customers and partners, as well as several new ones. As we continue to evaluate these new relationships, we will share more details on how they may benefit and impact you.
They also had important conversations with several of the top five manufacturers, with follow-up discussions already underway. The focus of these conversations is to better support you in working with these manufacturers and to help improve overall service efficiency across the network.
It was clear from these discussions that many manufacturers experienced challenges over the past year across areas like service, parts availability, portals, and customer support. While most feel they have made meaningful progress and are moving past those issues, a few acknowledged there is still work to be done.
