
Carlos was born in Puerto Rico and grew up in Florida. He went on to attend Florida State University, where he met his wife, Christine. Those years were a big part of shaping who he is today, both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, Carlos enjoys keeping things active and simple. You can usually find him playing softball on the weekends or catching a Florida State Seminoles football game during the season. He's also a big fan of the New York Yankees and enjoys attending sporting events whenever he gets the chance.
In his downtime, Carlos enjoys grilling, catching movies—especially superhero and action films—and exploring new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie. He also values relaxing at home with his dog, Oliver. Above all, he prioritizes time with family and friends, staying active, and making the most of everyday moments.
